Delivery Information

We aim to despatch your order with 48 hours of purchase.

All purchases will be sent in a gift box or velvet Pouch, enclosed in a strong jiffy envelope for security and protection of your purchase, from damage.

UK Shipping (excludes Channel Islands).

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.99 per order, which is added at checkout.

We aim to deliver your order, within 5 working days of the despatch date using Royal Mail Special Delivery - a signature may be required on receipt.

We do NOT Ship Internationally.

We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbours and/or your local Delivery Office.

Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post.

We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 15 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched.

All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
