Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

We offer a 100% satisfaction warranty, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please return them within 30 days of purchase, in there original packaging with labels attached and undamaged, unused condition for a full refund of purchase price; excluding return shipping costs as detailed below.

A refund can be processed providing that you request this within 30 days from the date of dispatch and the item is unworn and in re-saleable condition (for your dispatch date please check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

To request a refund:
1. Sign In and visit our Contact Us page
2. Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check your Delivery Note)
3. Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
4. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item, using a signed for service. As proof of posting, is not proof of delivery.

Return postage is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card or Paypal Account originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.

EXCLUSIONS:
Earrings
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is to prevent the spread of infections and disease. This exclusion is in the interest of and for the protection of our customers.
